1. Eligibility

To create and use a vm99 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vm99 strictly enforces this requirement and may request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active exclusion in place with vm99.
• You must provide accurate registration information. Providing false details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

vm99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Players must supply required documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of account access until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account with vm99. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. The following rules govern registration and ongoing account management:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• vm99 will never request your full password by email, phone, or chat. Any communication claiming otherwise should be reported to vm99 support immediately.
• You must notify vm99 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or your credentials have been compromised.
• All activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to vm99.
• vm99 may close or suspend accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months. Players will be notified in advance where possible, and any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with applicable policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vm99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Refer to the Payments section of your account dashboard for current minimums.
• Deposits are credited to your vm99 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. vm99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. vm99 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity shows unusual patterns.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the vm99 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• vm99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations are suspected. Affected players will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.

vm99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own fees independently. Check your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

vm99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and may lead to account termination.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. They carry no cash value and cannot be converted to cash independently of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Seasonal promotions including Eid offers, Pohela Boishakh specials, and BPL cricket bonuses are time-limited and subject to availability. vm99 will publish start and end dates for each seasonal promotion in the Promotions section.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from vm99:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or extract value through coordinated play.

vm99 employs continuous fraud detection across all accounts and transactions. Where prohibited conduct is detected, vm99 may take immediate action without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the vm99 platform — including site design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of vm99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any vm99 content without express written permission. Game content from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Spribe, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those studios, used under licence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vm99's total liability to any player for claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vm99 is not liable for:
